Service Attendant
​The Service Attendant is responsible for guiding customers through the ordering and loading process at D5 Structural Supply. This role assists customers with order verification, directs them to the correct loading zones, and supports digital or cashless payment options before dispatch.

Sales Attendant
The Sales Attendant operates at the front line of customer interaction, supporting order entry, service coordination, and the overall flow of sales operations. This role requires accuracy, awareness, and the ability to keep pace in a high-demand environment where timing and communication matter.
The Sales Attendant plays a key role in maintaining workflow by applying strong product awareness, exercising sound judgment in customer interactions, and ensuring clear coordination between the front and yard teams. This position contributes directly to delivering the fast, efficient service experience that defines D5 Structural Supply.
