Administrative Supervisor
The Administrative Supervisor oversees the core administrative, financial, procurement, and digital inventory functions of D5 Structural Supply. The Administrative Supervisor manages supplier coordination, shipping and Customs processes, operational payments, and all system updates required to support sales and dispatch.
The Administrative Supervisor supervises and supports the administrative, service, and cashiering teams, ensuring accurate sales reporting, proper daily setup, and adherence to established procedures. The Administrative Supervisor also manages office resources, organizes key administrative workflows, and supports the execution of marketing content and communications.
Working closely with the Operations Lead, the Administrative Supervisor ensures alignment between administrative systems and on-site operations while maintaining efficient workflows and consistent organizational structure across the business.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration, procurement, finance, or office management.

Experience supervising or managing administrative or support staff.

Experience in logistics, warehouse, construction supply, or operational business environments preferred.

Strong competency in inventory systems, procurement processes, and supplier coordination.

Skilled in administrative workflow management and financial documentation.

Familiarity with Customs processes, shipping cycles, and digital business systems.

Knowledge of general office operations, administrative procedures, and documentation standards.

Must be independently mobile with reliable transportation for off-site duties.
