The Operations Lead serves as the senior on-site authority at D5 Structural Supply, overseeing all daily field operations, warehouse activity, logistics flow, safety compliance, and overall site performance. This role provides direct leadership to both the Administrative and Logistics Supervisors, ensuring strong departmental coordination and a seamless customer and operational experience. Responsibilities include directing warehouse and yard workflows, maintaining inventory accuracy, and managing all shipment receiving and Customs-related processes. The Operations Lead upholds rigorous safety standards, identifies and resolves operational issues, and ensures full compliance across the compound. They also provide strategic reporting, cross-department communication, and hands-on support to maintain smooth, efficient, and consistent operations. This position requires active on-site engagement in an industrial environment, with early-morning availability and readiness to support high-priority operational needs.

 

​Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations, warehouse management, or construction supply.

• Proven ability to supervise staff and manage day-to-day site activities.

• Strong understanding of logistics flow, safety protocols, and inventory systems.

• Knowledge of materials handling and ground operations.

• Familiarity with forklift movement, safety standards, and warehouse equipment.
