The Service Attendant is responsible for guiding customers through the ordering and loading process at D5 Structural Supply. This role assists customers with order verification, directs them to the correct loading zones, and supports digital or cashless payment options before dispatch. The Service Attendant ensures a smooth customer experience by maintaining clear communication between the yard, cashier, and logistics teams while promoting safety, accuracy, and efficient service flow across the compound.

Qualifications

Prior experience in customer service, retail, or logistics support preferred.

Ability to use or learn handheld devices for order lookup and customer guidance.

Basic understanding of material types and loading zones (training provided).

Ability to work outdoors and move between customer areas and office zones.
