The Logistics Supervisor oversees daily warehouse and yard operations at D5 Structural Supply, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient material handling across the compound. This role manages forklift operations, shipment receiving, product placement, and customer loading while supervising the Logistics Attendants. The Logistics Supervisor maintains yard organization, monitors dispatch flow, and supports the Operations Lead by providing accurate physical insight into product movement and operational conditions. Working collaboratively with both administrative and field teams, this position helps maintain smooth dispatch operations, strong safety compliance, and efficient workflow across the warehouse environment.

Qualifications

​

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or construction yard operations.

• Hands-on forklift operation experience required, with demonstrated competency.

• Experience supervising or directing warehouse/yard staff.

• Strong understanding of safe material handling, loading procedures, and dispatch flow.

• Familiarity with inventory handling, shipment receiving, and yard layout organization.

• Knowledge of safety protocols, equipment checks, and hazard identification.

• Ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment.
