D5 Structural Supply wasn’t born in a boardroom, it was born on the job site.

As Davis Family Office (DFO) developed projects across The Bahamas,  including The Builder’s Block itself, one reality became clear: the most valuable resource was also the hardest to manage. The raw, high-volume materials that form the backbone of every build:  blocks, lumber, rebar, mortar, plywood, were too often inconsistent, hard to source, or slowed down by supply yard inefficiencies.

Instead of waiting on a solution, we built one.

D5 began as a way to supply DFO’s own projects with reliability, volume, and flow. But the vision quickly grew. Why stop at fueling our own builds, when every contractor, developer, and homeowner in The Bahamas faced the same challenges?

That’s how D5 Structural Supply was born, the anchor of The Builder’s Block.

Today, D5 is more than a supplier. We are a partner in every foundation poured, every wall raised, every roof secured. With a retail drive-thru for everyday projects and a wholesale department for big builds, we focus only on what truly matters,  the essential, must-have materials that keep the nation building.
